1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once a product has been installed or a service has been performed.

This policy is designed to comply with applicable laws, including:

• Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA)

• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC – Article 2, Sale of Goods)

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. PRODUCTS (TIRES & RELATED ITEMS)

2.1 Installed Products

Once a tire or product has been:

• Mounted

• Installed

• Used on the road

This is due to:

• Immediate wear and safety risks

• Loss of resale condition

• Exposure to road hazards beyond our control

2.2 Non-Installed Products

Returns MAY be considered ONLY if:

• The product is unused

• Not mounted or installed

• Returned within 48 hours of purchase

• In original condition and packaging

All approved returns are subject to:

• Inspection

• Restocking fees (if applicable)

2.3 Non-Returnable Conditions

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Used tires

• Tires with wear or damage

• Improper installation by third parties

• Damage due to road hazards, overloading, or misuse

3. SERVICES (LABOR)

All service-related charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:

• Tire installation

• Alignment

• Brake services

• Suspension work

3.1 Service Adjustments

If a customer is not satisfied:

• We may offer inspection or adjustment

• No refunds will be issued for completed labor

4. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

All product warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer.

Alex Truck Tire:

• Does NOT provide independent warranties unless stated in writing

• Does NOT control warranty approval decisions

Customers must follow manufacturer claim procedures.

5. CLAIMS & DISPUTE PROCESS

To submit a claim, the customer must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of service or purchase

• Provide proof of purchase

• Provide photos or allow inspection of the product/vehicle

Failure to comply may result in denial of the claim.

All claims are subject to:

• Inspection by our team

• Final determination by Alex Truck Tire

6. FINANCING TRANSACTIONS

For purchases made through third-party financing:

• Refunds (if any) will follow the financing provider’s terms

• We are NOT responsible for financing agreements or disputes

7. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a transaction, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.

Customers agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us

• That all services and installations constitute acceptance of the work performed

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with:

• Signed authorizations

• Service records

• Installation evidence

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

• We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Refunds, if approved, are limited to the original purchase amount

• No liability extends beyond the specific transaction

9. EXCEPTIONS (COMPANY DISCRETION)

We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases such as:

• Verified installation errors by our team

• Defective products (subject to inspection)

Any exception is granted at the sole discretion of Alex Truck Tire and does not establish precedent.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This policy is intended to comply with:

• Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA)

• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer protection guidelines
