4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Due to the mechanical nature of vehicles:

• No specific performance outcomes are guaranteed

• Tire wear, alignment results, and braking performance may vary

• Pre-existing or undisclosed issues may affect service outcomes

Customer acknowledges and accepts these inherent risks.

5. VEHICLE CONDITION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By requesting service, the customer confirms:

• The vehicle is safe for inspection and service

• All known issues have been disclosed

• The Company is not responsible for hidden, latent, or pre-existing defects

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

• Alex Truck Tire shall NOT be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are NOT responsible for accidents, mechanical failures, or damages occurring after service

• Total liability shall NOT exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product

Use of all products and services is at customer’s own risk.

7. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC):

• All products are provided “AS IS” unless otherwise stated

• We disclaim all implied warranties, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

8. NO REFUND POLICY
